POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix with mushrooms
1 3/4 c. water
6 oz. can tomato paste
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Parmesan cheese

Brown meat, drain. Add sauce mix, water, tomato paste. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into greased 9 x 9 pan. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Keep hot in 400 degree oven. Beat until smooth eggs, milk, oil, flour and salt; pour over filling. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
