CHOCOLATE CARAMEL ICE CREAM
SAUCE
 
5.5 oz. can Hershey's syrup (1/2)
20 light caramels
3 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter

Place all ingredients in a small microwave bowl. Microwave on high (full power) for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until caramels are soft. Stir until caramels are melted and blended. (Maybe necessary to cook a few more seconds to melt the caramels.) Serve warm over ice cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
