INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Add water to liquid to make 1 cup. Set aside. Heat oil, saute beef, onion and garlic. When meat is lightly browned, add spinach liquid, spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer, uncovered 10 minutes. Combine spinach, macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs and eggs. Pour into greased 9"x13"x2" baking dish. Top with meat sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Yield: 10 servings.
