PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 pork chops
6 potatoes
1 carrot
1 onion
1 can Great Northern beans
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon flavor
2 c. hot water

Brown chops in small amount of oil. Place sliced potatoes, onions, and carrots in a 9 x 12 inch casserole dish. Put can of Northern beans on top of vegetables. Place browned chops on top of the beans. In the skillet where the chops were browned, add 2 tablespoons of flour and 2 tablespoons of chicken bouillon flavor. Let this brown and add 2 cups of hot water. Let this mixture thicken some, then add salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over chops and vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
