PINEAPPLE BURGERS 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsp. Italian salad dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (15 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained
8 slices bacon
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix ground beef, salad dressing, salt and pepper. Shape into 8 patties. Press pineapple slice into each patty. Wrap with bacon and secure with toothpick. Mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar, honey and lemon juice. Place patties in 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Pour barbecue mixture on patties. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Grill patties, pineapple side down 4 inches from hot coals 12 to 15 minutes. Turn, brush with barbecue mixture. Grill 10 to 15 minutes. Heat remaining BBQ mixture and serve with patties.
