PIGS IN BLANKETS 
5 or 6 slices 1/4" thick steak
Bacon
Chopped onion
Flour
Spices to taste
Toothpicks
Oil

Cut steaks into strips about 1 1/2" wide. Place strip of bacon on steak, then chopped onion in center. Roll steak and fillings tightly. Secure with toothpick. Roll in flour, then brown in oil in fry pan. Place in casserole for about 1 hour at 350 degrees until meat and bacon is cooked through. Serve with mashed potatoes.
