BARBECUED STEAK 
2 lbs. Swiss or Round steak
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
Onion, chopped (to taste)
3 tbsp. brown sugar
Pepper

Heat all ingredients except the steak to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Put steak in a 9 x 13 inch pan; pour mixture over steak. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serves 4 to 6 people. Yummy!
