BARBECUED STEAK 
2 lbs. round or cube steak, cut into serving-size pieces
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. water
1/8 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of mustard
Dash of salt & pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Bring all but steak to a boil; lower heat and simmer 5 minutes. Put meat in baking dish and pour sauce over meat. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325 degrees.
