BARBECUED STEAK 
Cut steak (round, sirloin or T-Bone) into serving pieces. Season flour with salt and pepper. Beat flour mixture into each piece, both sides. Brown in hot shortening. Place browned pieces into covered skillet. Cover with sliced onion. Add barbecue sauce and simmer 2 hours or until tender.

SAUCE:

1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. tomato juice
