BARBECUED FLANK STEAK 
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 green onion, chopped
1 lg. garlic clove, chopped
1 1/2 lbs. flank steak

Combine first 7 ingredients. Place steak in glass baking dish and pour marinade over. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning steak over twice. Grill steak 4 to 5 minutes for rare; cut cross grain. (This marinade is also great for chicken.)
