BARBECUED STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, 3/8" thick
2 tbsp. seasoned flour

Brown steak coated with flour in 2 tablespoons oil. Blend:

1 can tomato soup
1/3 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 drops Tabasco

Pour over steak. Cvoer; cook over low heat about 1 1/2 hours. Baste now and then. 6 to 8 servings.
