RICE PUDDING - DESSERT 
1 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice
1 egg
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. sugar
Milk

Boil water. Add Minute Rice, cover and take from heat; follow directions on box. In 2 cup measuring cup beat 1 egg, 1 tablespoons vanilla, 4 tablespoons sugar. Add enough milk to finish filling measuring cup. Put rice in casserole, cover with liquid. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered. (Do not cover.)
