1/4 c. catsup or other tomato based sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar or other sweetener like honey
1/4 c. vinegar (white, wine or apple)
1/4 c. fruit juice, (pineapple, cherry or orange) or 1/8 c. apple and 1/8 c. orange

Mix all ingredients. (The point is that as long as you follow the basic principles of tomato/sweetener/vinegar/sweet liquid, you can create your own Sweet and Sour Sauce.)
