1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. catsup
1 or 2 tsp. maraschino cherry juice

Mix cornstarch with pineapple juice in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Heat until thickens. Makes 3 cups. Excellent basted on chicken.
