DAN'S CRISPY CHICKEN 
Chicken - cut up, 2-6 lbs. (skin on or off)
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tsp. salt
3 tsp pepper
48 fl. oz. oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

1. Remove skin from chicken (optional).

2. Add salt and pepper to flour.

3. Roll chicken in flour until covered.

4. Place chicken in hot oil until slightly brown (do not over brown).

5. Place chicken on cookie sheet.

6. Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
