WEIGHT WATCHERS CHILI | |
1/2 lb. hamburger (lean) 1 c. green beans 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped 2 c. tomato juice Sliced mushrooms, if desired 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. artificial sweetener 1/2 tsp. salt Saute hamburger in skillet and drain. Add green beans, celery, green pepper, tomato juice and sliced mushrooms; simmer 1/2 hour. Add chili powder, artificial sweetener and salt, stirring well. Yield: 2 to 3 servings. |
