WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. Crisco oil
1 c. club soda
3 eggs
1/2 c. nuts

Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well. Add nuts and mix well. At medium speed, pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake according to directions on cake mix box. (To bake in sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 med. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts

Mix and frost and refrigerate.
