SYRUP CAKE 
1 c. dark syrup
1 c. black coffee
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
4 tbsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour
2 eggs

Combine syrup, eggs, and sugar; mix well. Stir in oil and coffee; beat well. Gradually stir in rest of ingredients. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F or until center springs back when lightly pressed.
