1 egg
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar

Mix together, roll into 1 inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and using a fork, flatten slightly. Sprinkle with a bit of sugar on each. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch closely!!
