ORANGE GLAZED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. salad oil
1 good sized orange
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
4-6 pieces chicken (legs or breast best)

Can use skinless or skin on chicken. Place chicken in single layer in baking pan. Cover well with mix of all ingredients. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes basting with mix until golden brown. Chicken can also be marinated in mix ahead of time. Can also be eaten cold.
