3 c. tomatoes, chopped up
3 c. jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 garlic clove, minced
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Pour evenly into jars, using all liquid. Put in boiling water bath 30 minutes. Great over peas and beans in the winter!
