2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
Corn flakes
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. orange juice
Marshmallows (lg.)
1/4 c. nuts (optional)
1/4 c. coconut (optional)

Fully cook potatoes and mash. Cream together with other ingredients in large bowl. Form balls approximately the size of silver dollar. Roll in corn flakes. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten and put large marshmallows on top. Put in 425 degree oven until brown.
