SUPPER SKILLET 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, cut up
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
1 1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper
1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn (undrained)
1 c. uncooked elbow noodles
1/2 c. water
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

Sauté onions, drain. Sauté hamburger, drain. Add all ingredients except the Monterey Jack cheese. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, covered. Uncover and add cheese. Cover and heat until cheese is melted.
