SWEDISH HAM BALLS 
1 lb. smoked ham, uncooked preferred (ground)
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork (or 1 lb. pork & 1/2 beef)
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
Sauce (recipe follows)

Combine above ingredients. Mix thoroughly and shape into balls. Place in casserole. Combine sauce ingredients, pour over meatballs. Bake in slow oven, 275 degrees, for 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently with sauce.

SAUCE:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Stir until sugar is dissolved.
