TUNA MOUSSE 
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. boiling chicken broth
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 c. shredded cucumber or celery

Soften gelatin in lemon juice, add broth and stir to dissolve gelatin. Add mayonnaise, milk, parsley, minced onion, mustard, dill weed, and pepper. Beat until well mixed. Chill until slightly thickened. Beat until frothy. Fold in tuna and cucumber or celery. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
