VIENNESE GREEN BEANS 
1 lg. pkg. (2 lbs.) frozen green beans
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dill seed
1 c. commercial sour cream

Cook beans until tender. Saute onion in butter until translucent. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken broth gradually to make light sauce. Add vinegar, parsley and dill. Cook until bubbly and stir in sour cream. Add drained cooked beans and serve immediately. Serves 8.
