HONEY CHICKEN | |
2 chicken breasts, split, OR 6 legs and thighs, split 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. brown mustard Place chicken pieces, skin side down, in baking pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Make glaze by mixing honey with brown mustard. Remove from oven and drain off grease from pan. Turn chicken pieces and spread glaze on top. Return to oven for another 30 minutes, basting with sauce as needed. Serves 4-6. |
