SNOW PUDDING 
1 env. gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 egg whites

Mix gelatin, salt, and boiling water. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add lemon juice; chill until thickened. Add egg whites. Beat until thick enough to hold shape. Put in mold and chill until firm.
