CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
fudgy brownie mix
3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Mix brownie mix according to box. Pour into large spring-form pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes. Set aside.

Mix all other ingredients and pour over warm brownies.

Bake at 300°F for 50 minutes. Cool completely. Store in refrigerator. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip topped with a couple of mini chocolate chips or a chocolate shaving.
