3-STEP CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 graham cracker crust (9 inch)
3/4 c. mini chocolate chips

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs. Mix well. Stir in 1/2 c. chocolate chips into batter. Pour into crust. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 c. chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
