GREEN MOLD 
2 sm. pkgs. lime Jello
2 c. hot water
1 med. size can crushed pineapple
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts

Prepare Jello in large bowl. Add 2 cups of hot water and stir. Allow to cool but not to a hard stage. Beat in sour cream until smooth. Add pineapple with liquid. Add nuts and stir. Pour into mold or a serving bowl and refrigerate until firm. May be served as a salad also.
