STRAWBERRY PARFAIT 
2 slightly beaten egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. reg. vanilla pudding
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar
Fresh strawberries

Combine beaten egg yolks and milk. Cook according to package directions using the egg-milk mixture for liquid. Remove from heat.

Cut cream cheese into pieces and add to hot pudding; beat until cheese is melted. Let cool 10 minutes.

Beat egg whites to soft peaks; add sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Fold into pudding. Spoon into dishes; chill. Just before serving, spoon sugared fresh berries over. Serves 8.
