BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
Salt & pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 med. onion
3/4 c. mild cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese to taste

Cook noodles with about 1/2 teaspoon salt until done. Pour in casserole dish. Brown the beef and add salt, pepper, garlic salt, diced onion, tomato sauce, tomato paste, cottage cheese and sour cream. Fold in noodles. Sprinkle grated cheese and Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Delicious reheated.
