BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground steak or hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
5 oz. pkg. noodles
1 can tomato paste
1 c. grated cheese

Cook noodles according to package. Saute onion and pepper in small amount of fat until tender. Add ground beef and continue cooking slowly until it loses its pink color.

Mix mushroom soup, milk and add to beef mixture. Add drained cooked noodles and tomato paste and mix well. Pour in casserole and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
