BEEF NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 can tomato soup
1 lg. onion
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
butter
1/2 c. water

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water. Pour noodles in buttered baking dish. Pour meat over noodles. Add tomato soup, water, sugar, salt, pepper water and 1/4 cheese. Mix well. Dot top with butter. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
