BAKED RICE AND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. rice, cooked
1 qt. jar spaghetti sauce or your own prepared
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 lb. sweet or hot sausage
2 c. mozzarella (grated cheese)
Italian, Parmesan cheese

Cook rice. Brown ground beef with onions. Cut sausage in small pieces and brown. Drain ground beef and sausage. Place rice in a casserole dish. Add sauce. Add 1/2 ground beef and 1/2 of sausage, sprinkle grated cheese and mozzarella cheese. Repeat another layer, until all ingredients are used. Bake at least 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
