BAKED RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. raw rice
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped parsley
2 c. milk
2 beaten eggs
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper

Mix all together and bake in buttered casserole, 350 degrees, 1 hour.
