CHERI'S PENUCHE 
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. light cream
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. marshmallow fluff
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts

Combine sugars, cream, corn syrup and salt. Stir over medium heat to dissolve sugars. Cook to just over 234 degrees or soft ball stage - stir occasionally. Remove from heat and add the butter and marshmallow. Let stand until lukewarm without stirring - add vanilla. Beat until creamy - mix in the nuts.
