TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
SALAD DRESSING:

1 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
4 c. (1 lb.) red delicious apples unpeeled
1 c. salted red skin peanuts
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Combine flour, sugar; mix well. Beat egg. Add to flour and sugar. Add vinegar and reserved pineapple juice. Cook in small pan on low heat. Stir and cook until thick. cool.

Pour cooled dressing over apples, pineapple, and peanuts. Mix in Cool Whip. May sprinkle additional peanuts over top to garnish. Makes 10 servings.
