1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. molasses
1 c. raisins

Mix together, put in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with sugar while hot. Bake 25 minutes, don't overbake.
