PASTA WITH BEANS 
3 cloves garlic
1 med. onion
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 can (28 oz.) crushed Italian tomatoes
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 can Goya sm. white beans
1 lb. spaghetti (or any other pasta)
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
Grated Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Mince garlic and onion. Heat oil in 2 quart saucepan. Add onions and garlic. Saute until cooked. Add can of crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, crushed red peppers, salt and pepper. Simmer on low for 45 minutes stirring occasionally. Add beans and simmer for an additional 15 minutes. Cook pasta, drain and mix with sauce. Add cheese mix and serve.
