BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
16 graham cracker squares, finely crushed
1 lg. pkg. sugar free vanilla instant pudding
3 bananas, sliced
8 oz. Lite Cool Whip
2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
2 sm. cans crushed pineapple, no sugar added, drained well
1 sm. can coconut

Spread graham cracker crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix pudding according to box directions and pour over graham crackers. Chill. Slice bananas over pudding. Spread Cool Whip over bananas. Top with sliced strawberries. Cover with crushed pineapple. Top with coconut. Makes 8 servings.
