JAPANESE FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. nuts, chopped
3 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. chopped raisins
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves

Half of spices layers and half of white layers.

FILLING:

2 coconuts, grated
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 lemons, grated
1 1/2 c. water

Cook until thick.
