HAWAIIAN MEAT BALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef (or half beef & half ground turkey)
1/2 c. milk
1 slice bread
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of nutmeg

SAUCE:

1 can crushed pineapple & juice
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. bouillon

Soften bread in milk. Mix all ingredients together with meat. Form into small balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Absorb grease on paper towel.

SAUCE: Cook ingredients together until thickened. Stir in meat balls. Serve over rice.
