NO CHOLESTEROL MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey (can use ground beef or 1/2 of each, but beef has cholesterol)
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg (can use egg substitute for no cholesterol)

Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes on ungreased pan or until brown. Put into sauce.

SAUCE FOR 10 LBS. MEAT:

1 (32 oz.) ketchup
1 tall can pineapple chunks
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1 lg. green pepper, cut into about 6 pieces
1 bay leaf
2 ribs celery, cut into long pieces (optional)

Simmer about 10 minutes. Remove green pepper, bay leaf and celery, discard. Freeze sauce and meatballs separately. Heat separately after thawing then add together. Can be simmered together no more than 10 minutes (or sauce will turn black).
