TROPICAL MEAT SALAD 
2 c. diced cooked meat
3 ripe bananas
1/2 c. diced pineapple
1/2 c. diced celery
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Lettuce
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

Peel and dice bananas and mix thoroughly with meat, pineapple and celery. Combine mustard and mayonnaise and toss with banana mixture. Serve on crisp lettuce leaves and garnish with sliced olives and walnuts. Makes 6 servings.
