SHANA'S MANOCOTTI 
1 box manicotti shell, cooked accordingly
1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage, cooked & drained
1 (8 oz.) Ricotta cheese
1 jar Prego spaghetti sauce (or favorite sauce)
1 (2 lb.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1-2 eggs, slightly beaten

Mix Ricotta, eggs, 1/2 grated Mozzarella cheese; add sausage to Ricotta mixture. Stuff shells with meat/cheese mixture. Pour 1/2 half sauce in pan, place stuffed shells in pan, spoon remaining sauce over shells, just enough to cover (don't brown them). Top with Mozzarella. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
