BOURBON BALLS 
2 1/2 c. fine vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. walnuts, chopped
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon whiskey

Roll vanilla wafers to make 2 1/2 cups of fine crumbs. Add powdered sugar, chopped nuts and cocoa. Mix together well and add corn syrup and bourbon. Form into 1-inch firm balls. Roll in powdered sugar and enjoy. Always a favorite. Serves 15.
