CHOCOLATE BOURBON BALLS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 c. bourbon
2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers (fine crumbs)
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 c. finely chopped nuts
Granulated sugar

Melt chocolate over hot water. Remove from water. Add corn syrup and bourbon. Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, sugar and nuts. Add to chocolate mixture. Mix well. Let stand 30 minutes. Form into 1" balls. Roll in granulated sugar. (Best when ripened for a few days, in covered containers.)
