CAJUN CORN AND OKRA 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut okra
1/3 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped, seeded, peeled tomatoes
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce

In large saucepan, combine corn, okra, water, salt. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp and tender. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, onion powder, and bottled hot pepper sauce. Heat.
